Christopher Clarke is the owner and lead massage therapist at Therapeutic Elements, a premier wellness practice in Clearwater, Florida. With over two decades of experience, he has dedicated his career to helping active people stay active by utilizing advanced therapeutic massage techniques, corrective exercises, and structural alignment therapies.

A graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health, Christopher earned his Associate of Science in Natural Health, graduating at the top of his class with specialized training in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Sports Massage. He later became an adjunct professor at Everest University, where he mentored aspiring therapists before opening his own practice in 2009.

A Unique Approach to Healing

Christopher specializes in Structural Integration (SI), Neuromuscular Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques®, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Corrective Exercise Coaching. His focus is on realigning the skeletal system by freeing fascial restrictions, reducing nerve compression, and eliminating chronic muscle tension caused by stress, injury, or repetitive strain.

At Therapeutic Elements, Christopher and his team take an education-first approach, helping clients understand that “knots” in muscles are often symptoms of deeper structural imbalances. By addressing the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms, they provide long-term relief and improved mobility.

A Personal Journey to Holistic Healing

Christopher’s passion for natural healing was shaped by his own health struggles. As a child, he suffered from severe migraines, asthma, and chronic allergies—conditions that were often treated with medications rather than addressing underlying causes. He later discovered the power of massage therapy after experiencing hands-on techniques firsthand, sparking a lifelong dedication to helping others heal naturally.

His path became clear when, after witnessing hardship in his community, he decided to take control of his own future. Enrolling in massage school changed his perspective on health, wellness, and the body’s ability to heal itself—a philosophy that now drives his practice.

Continued Education & Influence

Christopher has been influenced and inspired by industry pioneers such as Judith Delaney, LMT, NMT; Paul St. John, LMT, NMT; Gray Cook, PT; Ming Chew PT; Paul Chek; Erik Dalton, PhD; Guy Voyer, MD, DO; Leon Chaitow, ND, DO; and John Upledger, DO.  His expertise extends to CranioSacral Therapy, Posturology, Reflexology, Rock Tape Application, and Ming Manual Therapy.  He recommends ‘The Permanent Pain Cure by Ming Chew, and ‘How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy by Paul Chek as essential reading for his clients.

Committed to lifelong learning and mentorship, Christopher hosts weekly training sessions for his team and offers educational workshops for fellow therapists to advance their skills in holistic pain relief.

Impact & Success Stories

One of Christopher’s most rewarding cases was helping his own mother, Carolyn, recover from debilitating back pain. Initially dependent on a walker and scheduled for surgery, she was skeptical of holistic care. Through guided myofascial release, stretching, and corrective exercises, Christopher helped restore her mobility—ultimately leading to the discontinued use of the walker and her surgeon to cancel the operation entirely.

Beyond the Treatment Room

Christopher is deeply connected to nature and movement, often spending his free time hiking and backpacking the Appalachian Trail, with a goal to complete it in sections by 2028. Music is another passion—he finds creativity and balance through drumming and playing guitar.  A lifelong learner, he enjoys non-fiction books on health, biomechanics, and human potential.

Above all, Christopher is a dedicated husband and father.  His daughter, Alexandria, born in 2018, is his greatest inspiration, reminding him daily of the importance of health, movement, and living life to the fullest.

At Therapeutic Elements, Christopher’s mission is to empower natural pain relief through advanced massage and body work so you can enjoy life, providing tools for lasting pain relief, improved function, and optimal well-being.  Whether working with elite athletes, weekend warriors, or those recovering from injury, his goal remains the same: to keep people doing what they love—pain-free.
